THE ANOMALOUS SKIN EFFECT AND THE REFLECTIVITY OF METALS III. GENERAL THEORY OF LOW-FREQUENCY AND OPTICAL BEHAVIOUR by R. B. DINGLE Laboratorium voor technische physica, Technische Hogeschool, Delft, h'ederland
Synopsis
A general method is devised for solving the integro-differential equation of the anomalous skin effect in the low-frequency and optical regions, and formulae derived for the optical constants of metals on the assumption that a known fraction of the electrons is reflected specularly at the internal surface.
