✦ Synopsis

In our earlier paper (SARAVANAN etal.), we have evaluated the imaginary part of the anomalous disperison correction term f" of Ga and In from the measured structure factors of GaP and InP, where one of the atoms (P) is relatively lighter than the other. In the present work the f" values of As and Sb have been evaluated using the experimental structure factors of GaAs and InSb (where both the atoms are equally heavy) adopting the same principle used in our earlier work. Though both atoms in GaAs and InSb are heavy, this method gives satisfactory results.
