## Indium -doped zinc oxide (ZnO : In) films were prepared by simultaneous r.f. and d.c. magnetron sputtering. The structural, optical and electrical properties of the films have been obtained by x-ray diffractometry (XRD), Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS), spectrophotometry and atomic
