## Abstract Human complement factorβ H (factorβ H) is polymorphic, with five previously reported FH alleles and three previously reported HF alleles (HF\*A, HF\*B, and HF\*Q0). The relationship between the FH and HF alleles is not clear, and the genetic basis of factorβ H phenotypes has not yet been i
Animals have the ability to alter development, physiology, growth, and behavior in response to different environmental conditions. These responses represent critical assessments of both external and internal factors. For example, the timing of metamorphosis, hatching, or birth depends on the trade-o
## Abstract The human complement factor H is an important component in the control of the alternative pathway of complement activation. We have previously shown that at least three factor H homologous mRNA species of 4.3 kb, 1.8 kb and 1.4 kb in length are constitutively expressed in human liver. I
