✦ Synopsis

For manganese bronze, carefully dissolve about 0.5 g in x5 ml of concentrated nitric acid, evaporate the solution to dryness, and dissolve the residue with 20 ml of concentrated phosphoric aci_d. The further procedure was the same as that described above for solutions containing the pure manganese salt. Typical results are given in Table III.
