## Abstract A specific and relatively sensitive high‐performance liquid chromatography‐electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC‐ESI‐MS) was developed for the quantitative analysis of tiopronin enantiomers in rat plasma. The method is based on the derivatization of (+)‐tiopronin and (−)‐tiopr
