✦ Synopsis

Analyses of mixtures of several dansyl-derivatives of biogenic amines were obtained by focusing the metastable ions related to the fragmentation process: molecular ion ---, dimethylaminonaphthalene ion. The method appears to be useful for the analysis of amines present in biological materials.
