β¦ Synopsis
Analyses of mixtures of several dansyl-derivatives of biogenic amines were obtained by focusing the metastable ions related to the fragmentation process: molecular ion ---, dimethylaminonaphthalene ion. The method appears to be useful for the analysis of amines present in biological materials.

## Abstract In this paper, a method was described to determine cocaine (COC) and benzoylecgonine (BZE) in human urine samples by GCβMS detection. The extraction of analytes from urine samples was achieved in an Oasis hydrophilicβlipophilic balance column (20βmmΓ3.9βmm id, dp=25βΞΌm; Waters, USA), in
A selection of hydroxyacetophenones has been investigated as matrices for the analysis, by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (MALDI-MS), of high molecular weight (HMW) glutenin mixtures from three wheat varieties. Mass spectra were obtained directly from the HMW glutenin
