The K-shell internal conversion coefficient for the 145 keV/-forbidden M1 transition in X4Wr has been measured by comparing the intensities of K X-rays and F-rays. The absorption of K X-rays and 7-rays in the absorbing material of the crystal package was determined experimentally. A value of uK = 0.
