Human Amnion-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hAMSCs) were transplanted into the infarct and periinfarct regions of a pig ischemia-reperfusion model. The hAMSC therapy improved cardiac systolic function post-MI, compared to control animals, and Cardiac MRI with Manganese-Enhanced MRI (MEMRI) was able
