Abstract
An improved realβfrequency method (RFM) technique which does not require any initial guess of the resistance excursions, is presented. According to the conjugate matching, the resistance excursions are obtained in leastβsquares sense by a simpler process. A matching network is successfully synthesized to match an HF antenna well by using this improved technique. Β© 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study aims at developing an objective method for speech quality evaluation that can cope with the discrete degradation which will be produced in future communication networks. An existing approach by the objective assessment is considered which is effective in estimating the quality degradation
