Abstract
An immunofluorescent technic for the detection of rheumatoid factors has been developed that is easy to perform, is readily reproducible and allows the detection of rheumatoid factors in a significant proportion of otherwise seronegative rheumatoid patients. By using fractionated sera it is possible to show that this method allows the detection of IgG factors in patients negative by the latex fixation method.
