โœฆ Synopsis


The Navy sea shore rotation planning problem is presented as multicriteria dynamic network optimization problem with side constraints. Using the simplex primal optimization code of Professor J. Kennington and a specially designed heuristic rounding routine we developed a computer model to run practical problems with different input parameters.
