A case of disseminated Hodgkin's disease and hypouricemia is reported. Serum uric acid values prior to chemotherapy ranged from 0.7 to 1.7 mg% i n association with a markedly elevated uric acid clearance. The etiology of the defect i n renal handling of uric acid i n this syndrome remains to b e elu
