Cyanuric chloride has been condensed with glycine and 8-alanine esters to give a series of amino ester derivatives of the s-triazine ring. 2,4,6-Tris-(carbethoxyalkyl) derivatives could not be formed in aqueous media, nor could condensation with urethan be effected. Biological activities of these and other triazines are described.
