In 2000, Li et al. introduced dual-cube networks, denoted by DC n for n P 1, using the hypercube family Q n and showed the vertex symmetry and some fault-tolerant hamiltonian properties of DC n . In this article, we introduce a new family of interconnection networks called dual-cube extensive networ

Abstract
This article examines efforts to provide lowβcost Internet access devices for the poor in the light of debates about the appropriate role of information and communication technologies in development and the priority that should be given to enabling the poor to become connected to global networks. A critical analysis of recent private sector initiatives to design lowβcost laptop computers is offered in the wider context of the need to consider the politics of technology and the insights that can be drawn from ongoing debates about ICT4D and the need for public dialogue and evaluation of investment priorities in forums that enable the participation of the poor. We analyze large, random network topologies that arise in ad hoc or sensor networks. A fundamental requirement of communication in these systems is reachability, that is, to have a connected network topology. It is known, however, that the price for full connectivity is very high, as it requires unb

In this paper, we discuss Hopfield neural networks with stochastic switching weights, investigating their global almost sure self-synchronization. Sufficient conditions ensuring global almost sure exponential synchronization of Hopfield neural networks with stochastic switching weights are given.
