Magnetization studies of critical currents Jc(H.L,T) have been carded out on Pb/Ge multilayers with a square lattice of submicrometer holes. Sharp peaks in Jc(H\_I.) have been observed at integer H n and rational Hk/1 matching fields. The existence of multi-quanta vortices confined by the holes is c
