β¦ Synopsis
AlloalbuminTagliacouo(313Lys--+Asn)
was detected in the cerebrospinal fluid of a 27-yr-old woman. We studied this rare finding by means of high-resolution electrophoresis, isoelectric focusing, and immunofixation. We herein discuss the importance of molecular mass versus superficial electrical charge in the transfer of plasma proteins through the blood-brain barrier.

## Abstract Hypersegmented neutrophils can occasionally be seen in the cereβbrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with acute pyogenic meningitis, and rarely as an artifact of cytocentrifugation. We report a case of florid neutrophil hypersegmentation in cytocentrifuged CSF specimens from a patient pres
