AIXTRON is the world's leading manufacturer focusing exclusively on MOVPE and MOCVD equipment for compound semiconductors and ferroelectric or high-e-dielectric materials. AIXTRON's product range includes production and R&D equipment for pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors (pHEMTs), heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs), ultra-high-brightness light emitting diodes (UHB-LEDs -including blue and green), laser diodes and space solar cells.
