## Abstract Generalized cellular hyperplasia has long been associated as a factor in the causation of liver cancer. Parenchymal cell hyperplasia resulting from hepatotoxins, viruses, parasites, or malnutrition is exceedingly variable as to when it occurs, its extent, and its duration. Partial hepat
