โฆ Synopsis
Advanced nanostructure fabrication methods based on GaAs self-organized epitaxy are developed. Using these methods, free-standing quantum wires and bridge-type planar quantum wire arrays are realized. These new technologies will provide a powerful tool for fabricating future quantum wave devices.
