✦ Synopsis


Adiabatic pumping through a quantum dot is investigated under the strong Coulomb interaction using the slave boson mean-field theory. The pumped current is driven by time-dependent gate voltages applied to the dot. We illustrate the pumped current peculiar to the Kondo effect.

## Abstract The Kondo effect in a system consisting of a QD coupled to non‐magnetic or ferromagnetic electrodes is studied theoretically in the framework of the non‐equilibrium Green function formalism. Variation of the Kondo anomaly in differential conductance with the correlation parameter __U__
