A new case of translocation t(6;11)(q21;q23) in a patient with therapy-related acute myeloblastic leukemia is reported. The translocation results in fusion of the MLL and AF6q21 genes. The breakpoint with AF6q21 is located within the sequences encoding the AF6q21 fork head motif. The similar locatio
