## Abstract ## BACKGROUND. To the authors' knowledge, there is no standard treatment for patients with T‐cell large granular lymphocyte (LGL) leukemia. Available data are limited by patient numbers and coexisting pathologies. ## METHODS. The authors report on the use of immunosuppressants (cyclo
