## Abstract We describe a case of massive coronary thrombus after the coronary stenting due to heparin‐induced thrombocytopenia with thrombosis syndrome (HITTS). Only argatroban was able to resolve the thrombus. This is the first case in which argatroban successfully treated massive thrombus during
