## Abstract Three types of α‐D‐mannosidase have been found in L1210 cells, a lysosomal one with an optimum activity at pH 4; a soluble one, thermosensitive, with an optimum activity at pH 6, and one with an optimum activity at pH 5.25, probably related to the Golgi apparatus.
