✦ Synopsis
l-O-octadecen-[9',1O']-yl 2-0-benzyl sn-glycero-3-phosrylcholine was obtained from I-O-octadecen-[9',10'I-yl sn-glycerol by tritylation, benzylation and phosphorylation with 2-bromoethyl phosphoryl dichloride followed with trimethylamine reaction.
Catalytic tritiation o f the double bond led to labelled "lyso" PAFacether from which PAF-acether with a specific radioactivity between 40 and 5 0 Ci/mmole was obtained by acetylation.

The natural and synthetic glucocorticoids are very important compounds commonly used as drugs against many diseases. Recently, we have reported the synthesis of some of the title compounds and their transformations into 6-methyl-5-androstene-3,11,17-trione 3-ethyleneacctal, a building block for the
## Abstract H~10~TTPR was prepared starting from terephthalaldehyde and characterized. Crystal structure of H~10~TTPR and an intermediate compound 11 were determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. A quasi‐reversible redox wave at 1.15 V (vs. SCE) was observed for H~10~TTPR, indicating that it is a
