โฆ Synopsis
I intend to present briefly the main aspects and highlights of this international conference, which had undoubtedly a rich and excellent program and a very nice venue. Indeed, I cannot be exhaustive. Hence, I will address only a few selected issues. Being a personal choice, it is inherently somewhat biased; I apologize for these limitations.
I am sure that all contributors and participants have appreciated the format of the conference, the various talks, the tens of posters; I am convinced that the readers of these proceedings will strongly benefit from these articles.
Regarding oral presentations, either invited or contributed, I note a very good balance between speakers from India ( 27) and speakers from abroad (30) coming from three continents and twelve foreign countries (USA:
