✦ Synopsis
In this study, it is supposed that a solar desalination plant has been installed in Antalya (36.5<N, 30.1~E), Turkey. The solar radiation incident on the ground has been determined and then an energy equilibrium has been established for the solar desalination plant. Thus, the amount of water which can be obtained and the efficiency of this plant have been computed. It was computed that a system in the Antalyan climate gives the same results as other countries.
