We have found that solder coated spring wire brushes can make a sliding superconducting contact with a rotating superconducting commutator. With a relative velocity of 0.5 cm s "I between brushes and rotor, we observe critical currents of up to O. 1A. Below the critical current we detect no resistance above 10 -7 ~t,
