## Abstract The handling of small tissue biopsy samples (<100 ΞΌl) for NMR investigations poses special problems. Optimal and stable positioning of the samples within the sensitive volume of the radiopfrequency coil can be achieved by inserting the sample in a capillary. Methods for quantitation of
