✦ Synopsis

Abstract

The synthesis of highly functionalized fluorinated piperidines is described. The key step in this synthesis is a ring‐closing metathesis reaction involving fluoride‐substituted olefins, which leads to the corresponding cyclic vinyl fluorides.
