## Abstract We designed a rapid, quantitative turbidimetric immunoassay for serum antistreptolysin‐O (ASO), based on the immunoprecipitating velocity with purified streptolysin‐O (SLO), which can be measured turbidimetrically at 340 nm. The assay system involves polyoxy‐ethylene mono‐p‐nonylphenyl

A microparticle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay was developed for myoglobin quantitation in human serum. It uses rabbit antimyoglobin serum and hydrophilic polyacrylic microparticles covalently coated with baboon myoglobin in a competitive immunoagglutination system. The level of microparticle ag
