A computer program has been written for the kinetic method of substrate reaction (MSR) in enzyme modification studies. The program analyses a series of progress curves that continuously record signals (absorbance, fluorescence emission, etc.) reflecting the concentration changes of substrate or prod

โฆ Synopsis
A huge amount of data is easily obtained in XAS experiments with synchrotron sources. This is especially the case for dispersive EXAFS, with a time resolution which is in the millisecond range in third generation sources. Automation or semiautomation of the analysis procedures becomes an essential point for data evaluation and exploitation. Nevertheless, this must be done in a controlled way. The program that is presented here, CDXAS, tries to cope with this constrains. Other characteristics of the program are the flexibility and its ergonomic character. The program has been successfully applied to high-pressure experiments in the dispersive mode and to temperature-dependent XAS studies in the step by step mode.
