A 24-year-old woman is initially seen with a poorly defined mass in the left supraclavicular area. The mass lies in the area of the scalene nodes and measures 1 cm x 3 cm. It is rubbery, nontender, and mobile. She has no risk factors for head and neck cancer and denies night sweats or weight loss. S
