โœฆ Synopsis

A quantitatiยจe ยจalidation procedure for comparisons of modeled and experimental data is described. This produces seยจeral leยจels of information, from a straightforward numerical assessment to detailed diagnostic data. Results show that this method has significant adยจantages oยจer a ยจisual approach in assessing the reliability of modeling techniques against experimental references.

Numerous metal centers in proteins can be prepared in a redox state in which their ground state is paramagnetic. Complementary data provided by EPR, Mo ยจssbauer, electron nuclear double resonance, magnetic circular dichroism, and NMR spectroscopies have therefore played a major role in the elucidati

The main objective of this paper is to apply new systems techniques for condensing information that is contained in a reliability data set. These techniques, augmented with the Greedy Algorithm, were used to develop an algorithm for reduced data set reconstruction. The techniques go beyond tradition

We describe a method of validation of computerized quantitative coronary arteriography and report the results of a new UNIX-based quantitative coronary arteriography software program developed for rapid on-line (digital) and off-line (digital or cinefilm) analysis. The UNIX operating system is widel
