โฆ Synopsis
Dawson
et al. (Am. 1. Med. Genet. 7, 529-536, 1980
) developed a procedure for constructing confidence bands for both average and individual growth curves which may be of considerable value in the study of growth and development. This paper describes their method for constructing, and provides a menu-driven GAUSS386i program for computing these confidence bands. It is demonstrated how these bands are useful for both the diagnosis and prognostication of growth patterns with known levels of confidence. It is assumed that the study is planned so that individuals will be measured at the same times, but missing data are allowed.

We consider the problem of growth prediction in the context of Rao's [l] one-sample polynomial growth curve model and provide a PC program, written in GAUSS, to perform the associated computations. Specifically, the problem considered is that of estimating the value of the measurement under consider
A FORTRAN computer program written to perform a distribution-free analysis of growth and response curves is described. The underlying statistical methodology is particularly applicable with incomplete observations, and in situations where parametric models for growth may not be appropriate. FORTRAN
An algorithm is developed for the computation of the plasma concentration time curve for a drug administration regime involving fast injection (bolus) and/or continuous infusion. The effect of the pharmacokinetic model parameter variations on the plasma concentration time curve is analyzed and effic
