Abstract
A new Tโshaped monopole antenna with a CPW feed line is presented. The theoretical analysis is based on the finiteโdifference timeโdomain (FDTD) method. The novel antenna is designed, fabricated, and then measured. The measured results, which agree with the numerical calculations very well, are given.
