✦ Synopsis
Abstract
A novel triple‐band microstrip bandpass filter is proposed in this article. The first and the third passbands of the filter are realized by the parallel coupled microstrip line, and the second passband is realized by using an end‐coupled microstrip line. Then the resonators are coupled to the same input and output ports. A transmission zero is obtained by using antiparallel microstrip line structure. The measured frequency responses of the fabricated filter agree well with simulated results. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
