Tl-2201 superconductor is discovered by high-resolution time-of-flight neutron and synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction studies of "orthorhombic Tl-2201". Oxygen-rich compositions with Tc values up to 50 K are monoclinic whereas less oxidized samples with Tc values of 50-90 K are orthorhombic (Fmmm)
