β¦ Synopsis
The purpose oΒ£ this comunication is to report on the various aspects of the tritium labelling of the 2-~4-(3-Chlorophenyll-l-piperazinylO ethanol (CI-Alkanol) to sinthesize arylpropionic esthers (analgesic drugs) labelled in the .~icohol moiety, Prior to labelling, thermic stability of CI-Alkanol was studied. The temperature selected for the heterogeneous catalytic exchange of this alcohol in tritated water was 100Β°0. A satisfactory labelling of i.~ wasaccomplished within 24 hours and 75% acetic acid; under these conditions the unaffected Ci-Alkanol amounted to 37~.
