โœฆ Synopsis

A new method for the determination of N-sulfate in heparin and its analogs is described. The method is based on the determination of inorganic sulfate liberated by deamination with nitrous acid. The accuracy, simplicity, and validity of this method are evaluated by comparing it with previous methods.
