β¦ Synopsis
The morphology and possible functional significance of a new intranuclear inclusion body associated with the frog renal adenocarcinoma is described. The inclusion consists of particles, 40 to 50m.u in diameter, arranged in an orderly pattern suggestive of a crystalline array. Individual particles eventually appear to be involved in the production of "doughnut" type virions characteristically associated with this malignancy.
