Abstract
A new experimental apparatus for and a method of studying the recrystallization process in the system KAl(SO~4~)~2~ · 12 H~2~O – water are presented. The mean particle size growth and the expansion of the distribution curve depending on particle size are shown for selected time periods, and the effect of the initial concentration of the particles in suspension on the recrystallization rate is described.
