✦ Synopsis
A new class of c-axis-oriented YBa2Cu307.x/YaBa309 (YBCO/YBO) multilayer films with YBCO and YBO individual thicknesses ranging from 24 to 156 A, have been fabricated by using a single target in an on-axis biased rf magnetron sputtering mode on LaAIO 3 (001) substrates. In these multilayers a striking feature of magneticfieid independent critical current Jc is observed over a temperature range from 5 K to close to T¢.
