## Abstract Polystyrene fluorescent microspheres prepared by deposition of CdTe quantum dots (QDs) are used in an immunoassay in this study. CdTe QDs/polyelectrolyte multilayers on the surface of polystyrene microspheres have been formed by layer‐by‐layer self‐assembly via electrostatic interaction
