Rigid body rotation is obtained at the points near the tip of a mode II crack in an infinite anisotropic plate. From Lekhnitskii's complex analysis the rotation is derived in terms of complex potentials and the material parameters. A relation of crack tip rotation is proposed by incorporating the mo
