β¦ Synopsis
On behalf of my fellow officers and councilors of the American Peptide Society, I am very pleased to welcome you to the 20 th American Peptide Symposium. The American Peptide Society was founded in 1990 as the result of the rapid growth of peptide-related research. The Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing and promoting knowledge of the chemistry and biology of peptides and proteins. A major component of this charter is the biennial symposium. Emanuel Escher, Bill Lubell and their associates have organized an exciting program for us based on the theme ''Peptides for Youth''.
