## Abstract A tensile and compressive test apparatus actuated by smokeless powder with a test speed capability in the 10^5^ in./min. range is described. Preliminary tensile property data for cast polyurethan elastomer is discussed.

The influence of loading rate on the tensile stress-strain behaviour of cementitious composites was studied experimentally. The project was undertaken to obtain an insight into the possible relation between internal structure parameters of composites and their loading-rate sensitivity. Five differen
## Abstract A study was made of the physical aging of an annealed polycarbonate film at a constant extension of 2.6% at 5 temperatures from 30 to 110ยฐC. During stress relaxation at the constant extension, the storage modulus in tension, __E__โฒ, was determined by imposing a sinusoidal strain of smal
