β¦ Synopsis
In an analysis of 130 cases of cancer in children under 10 years of age in Malaya, Marsden (1960) found the incidence of lymphosarcoma to be 7.7 per cent. From this it can be inferred that the incidence of Burkitt's lymphoma in this region is low, and this is the clinical impression of physicians practising there. The purpose of this communication is to report a single case of Burkitt's lymphoma from Johore in West Malaysia.
