## Abstract Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) plays a critical role in mediating ultraviolet (UV) irradiation‐induced signal transduction and gene expression in human keratinocytes. EGFR activation results from increased phosphorylation on specific tyrosine residues in the C‐terminal intracel
